In an industry where over 70% of the decision is based on an individual, our job was to give 7,000-plus Windermere agents a framework that allowed them to shine, while providing a cohesive point of view across ten states and 300 offices.

Relationship is everything
Hydrogen developed the “Your story is our story” campaign, featuring tv, radio, print and online that recognizes the emotional bond between the buyer and seller and their Windermere agent. Agents “ran” with the platform and created tailored messaging for their individual brands.
Agent inquiries went up 12% during the campaign Brand equity of key Windermere attributes increased from 7% to 36% after the campaign aired Brand awareness and consideration went up 6% over key competitors in target markets

Real estate relationships that last a lifetime: Hydrogen created the integrated “Your story is our story” brand campaign for Seattle-based Windermere Real Estate. The campaign features tv ads, radio, print, social media and digital advertising that recognizes the emotional bond between a client and their Windermere agent. The ad campaign broke September, 2015 during the Seattle Seahawks season opener.
In addition, Hydrogen created advertising concept guidelines that empowered Windermere agents to customize the “Your story is our story” campaign for their own advertising/promotion on Windermere’s website and in social media. Here’s one of our favorite agent-created digital films we’ve seen so far.
